Rollins Consulting develops, coaches, and supports organizations through diversity change efforts.

Through deep engagement and role modeled practices, we build the capacity of leaders to enhance inclusion in their organization. Led by Domonic A. Rollins, Ph.D., Rollins Consulting is a team of trainers, facilitators, and strategists who center equity and work towards creating and sustaining environments where all are valued, heard, and included.
